Tutors, Teachers and Instructors
The Global Instructor Network is a social
networking website for educators based in Canada, that was
released to the public on April 19th, 2010. The vision of the website is
to create a medium to promote tutors, teachers and instructors in search engine
results helping students find a tutor in their area when searching Google, Bing and Yahoo for necessary instruction.
"We are a global Community of Educators and Instructors of all types, We
take advantage of technology & globalization, and will leverage each
others success, experience, creativity & passions"
As well as optimizing the website for it's own inclusion into Google,
Bing and Yahoo, we also optimize individual teacher profiles to rank
well in SERPS so students searching for lessons in their area via Search
Engines, will view teacher profiles among the results. Registration is
now FREE!! Our website caters to a global teacher audience for
paid lessons as well as those who offer lessons for free, or as part of
a skill swap.

Things You Must Know When It Comes To Homeschooling
Homeschooling a child is a real challenge but you will find this experience allows you to create a strong connection with your child while giving them a good education. It is important that you are prepared and know what to expect before you decide to get started. Read this article to learn more about homeschooling.Friendship is an important part of growing up and should be encouraged. This is especially important to children who are being homeschooled. To help your child develop healthy relationships with others, get them involved in the community. This can be accomplished through volunteering, attending homeschooling cooperatives or even playing sports.During homeschooling time, your child needs to see you as their teacher. Likewise, when you are not teaching the curriculum, you need to switch out of teacher mode. Parents who also teach their kids have many advantages over a traditional teacher, so long as they do not allow their affection for their child to disrupt educational priorities.Visit zoos and other attractions to expand what you are teaching your kids. Learn Spanish with a Tutor
Some companies hire tutors for certain employees so they can learn Spanish for business dealings. You might also hire a tutor to get personal instruction. If you're lucky enough to be able to get a one-on-one tutor to learn Spanish with, you should be able to progress quickly. This is even truer if you know how to take full advantage of your tutor's knowledge. When you first sit down with your tutor, before you begin to learn Spanish, ask about his/her background. Ask questions about where they grew up, where they went to school, where they have worked, and especially, what language they spoke in all of these situations. Make sure the tutor you have selected has something to teach you. Think of it this way. You can learn something from anyone, but no one can teach you everything. Learn Spanish with someone who can come as close as possible. Once you get a feel for where your tutor's talents lie, you will be able to glean from their wisdom all they have to offer you. If the tutor has lived in a country that interests you, you will have a great resource to learn Spanish in that dialect. You can also learn about the culture of that country. If the tutor has worked in a field that is similar to yours, that is helpful. It means that they will know technical words that you deal with every day. It also gives you something in common to talk about as you learn Spanish. Show up on time to yo… Read more
